Throughout his career, Darrin has negotiated more than 500 leases worth over $40 million for a wide range of tenants, including Fortune 500 companies. In addition, he has managed more than 14,000 real estate closings over his nearly 30 years in the business.

 

Darrin understands the perspective of both commercial real estate owners and tenants, having owned or co-owned numerous commercial office, retail and residential properties throughout his career. A practicing attorney, Darrin has also served as legal counsel for real estate developers, ownership groups and property management companies.

 

Darrin earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law, now known as Widener University Commonwealth Law School. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Catholic University.
