Pine Street Land Company is a subsidiary of the law firm McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC (“McNees”). By engaging Pine Street Land Company, clients are not entering into an attorney-client relationship with McNees. The services Pine Street Land provides are not legal services and as such, the protections of the attorney-client relationship under the Attorney’s Rules of Professional Conduct or applicable Pennsylvania and Maryland law, including rules regarding conflicts of interest, do not apply with respect to the provision of Pine Street Land Company’s services.
