Diana Warner is a licensed Title Agent & Processor with nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Since becoming licensed in 2016, she has developed extensive expertise in title research, including the resolution of complex title issues, and has testified as an expert witness in quiet title litigation.
At Pine Street Land, Diana manages a broad range of commercial settlement and title services. Her responsibilities include opening and coordinating Qualia orders, preparing settlement statements, title affidavits, title commitments, and final title policies, as well as obtaining tax status reports, water and sewer certifications, and resolving SDAT matters, including those involving agricultural properties. She reviews surveys and title abstracts, attends closings as a notary, oversees post-closing recording and disbursement activities, and utilizes Net Deed Plotter to create and analyze metes and bounds descriptions.
Known for her attention to detail and deep understanding of complex title matters, Diana plays an integral role in ensuring commercial real estate transactions move efficiently from contract through closing and policy issuance.
